Tips

Hey guys, just a few tips for you here, feel free to comment and stuff. Let me know if there's a certain topic you'd like me to talk about next time :) 
  • Chew gum before meals -your body produces more acid dissolving food quicker
  • If you have to eat, eat breakfast. 
  • Remember - Every calorie counts.
  • Have an elastic band around your wrist and snap it so it hurts when you're hungry. 
  • Take cold baths/showers to speed up metabolism. NOT everyday though. 
  • Sleep is important, try to have 8-10 hours per night. 
  • Water is essential, drink 10 glasses every day.
  • 30 minuets of exercise 5 times a week.
  • Eat in front of the mirror, you wont eat too much. 
  • Keep an online diary of what you eat.
  • Keep track of your progress.
  • Think thin.
  • Keep yourself busy. 
  • Do not use laxatives, they dehydrate your body. 
  • Don't eat after 6pm.
  • It doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't give up. 
  • Think about how perfect you can be. 
  • If it tastes good, it's trying to kill you. 
  • Eat healthy foods you don't like, you won't want to eat too much. 
  • Keep active. 
  • Brush your teeth a lot.
  • You don't need food now, just put it off one more day. 
  • Stay inspired. 
  • Cary around thinspiration. 
  • Don't take around extra money with you, you can't eat what you can't afford.
  • Walk everywhere you can.
  • If you eat over your daily limit, burn off twice as many calories as you ate.
